GST in Tourism Industry

The Indian tourism and hospitality industry recently got updated with a new set of Goods and Services Tax (GST) rates, effective from 1st July 2017.

In a small village called Bishangarh situated in Jaipur district, lies this absolutely royal and gorgeous newly restored fortress called ‘Alila Fort Bishangarh’.

India was one of the countries to gain maximum ranking vis-a-vis its other touristic counterparts in Asia. It has risen twelve places to rank at 40 now in the travel and tourism competitiveness list by World Economic Forum.
