Defect Free Tour: The Quality and Research team ensure that every guest traveling through Maglev Destination Management, answers a small questionnaire prepared specifically to understand the satisfaction levels of the guests. These questionnaires are submitted on our online performance level calculated to derive a quality satisfaction level for every guest, with the minimum benchmark kept at 95% accuracy. Any defect related to any experience by the guest is looked at, instantly and is closed within a specified Turn around time, to ensure that the guests traveling in future do not face the same issue, ever in future. Any repetition in the defect rings an alarm and the service providers are instantly changed to maintain higher satisfaction levels.

Highly Cost Efficient Tours: With an inclining inflation in India, it was extremely important to provide package rates, which are affordable for a holiday at a destination that has so much to offer. Maglev's Quality Team, initiated a Six Sigma project to come up with a new business model to ensure that the operating cost of the organization goes down considerably. This project successfully completed, giving us an over all benefit of 25% reduction in cost, which we could happily cascade down to our guests, yet maintaining the same levels of quality services.
Benchmarking of Service Associates: In the early days of our organization we had come across with many teething problems, with our vendors (hotels, transfer services & Sight seeing), which many travel agents face during their entire career in this industry. However, thanks to our Research and Quality team's initiative to get rid of this issue for Maglev Destination Management. The team started conducting Quality check of the services provided by our vendors, by means of mystery shopping. This ensured elimination of vendors with services below standards, which has led to increase in customer satisfaction to 96% from 88%.
