On our guest’s arrival in India, we hand over a small mobile phone with an Indian roaming number, which keeps our guests relaxed knowing that we are available for them 24x7. Our chauffeurs are highly trained and experienced with a ‘no-accident’ track record. They are able to communicate well with our guests and keep them comfortable and safe throughout all intercity journeys.

We initiated a Six Sigma project to come up with a new business model to ensure that the operating cost of the organization goes down considerably. This project successfully completed, giving us an over all benefit of upto 25% reduction in cost, which we have happily cascaded down to our guests, yet maintaining the same levels of quality services.
