| A Luxury Golden Triangle Tour with Mumbai |

8 Nights & 9 Days

Destinations : Delhi – Agra – Jaipur – Mumbai

‘India Gate to Gateway of India’ is a luxury Golden Triangle tour with Mumbai, that can be comfortably covered in around nine days. This enables you to discover the northern cities of Delhi, Agra and Jaipur along with a visit to the City of Dreams – Mumbai. On this Golden Triangle with Mumbai tour, one gets to experience a diversity in culture and heritage right from the north to the western part of the country.

The two main metropolitan cities of New Delhi and Mumbai will present a varied experience for you. While New Delhi and Mumbai will have both modern infrastructure and facilities in terms of accessible transport and numerous accommodation or places to eat different cuisines, one will notice that New Delhi has a very different form of architecture in its old buildings.Mumbai's heritage buildings showcase more of gothic and victorian architecture and has comparatively much more high rise buildings than New Delhi. New Delhi residences are not high rises unless you travel to the outskirts like Gurgaon or Noida where a lot of recent constructions have come up. Completely different from these two cities, will be the city of Agra which is a very small town in the state of Uttar Pradesh. Often a visitor gets disappointed because they expect that a city housing one of the wonders of the world will be all posh and big. On the contrary, Agra is all about narrow lanes, small streets, limited hotels and even limited places to eat. Just the presence of Taj Mahal could not convert it into a big city as it is restricted by its geographical boundaries and is more of a small tourist town. One will not find huge shopping malls either unlike its cool neighbors of Delhi or Jaipur. Talking of Jaipur, its undoubtedly the royal city. As soon as you enter the city, you will feel yourself stepping into the historical era with some gorgeous Rajput architectures, most of which is almost pinkish in color, thus giving the city the name of 'Pink city'. The fort in Jaipur is far bigger than those you see in Delhi and Agra. The best part about this Golden triangle tour with Mumbai is that one gets to experience varied forms of architectures, lifestyles, cultures and even food. Right from the North Indian and Mughlai food in Delhi and Agra to the Rajasthani food in Jaipur and then altogether a new form of cuisine in Mumbai will leave you happy and content, especially if you love trying out varied cuisines!

Important Information

The best months to experience this Luxury Golden Triangle tour with Mumbai are from November to February. Mumbai sees its second summers in October so its best to plan for end of November or early December, when the temperature ranges between 8 to 22 degree Celsius in different cities. One will actually get to experience two very different seasons on this golden triangle tour with Mumbai, if you travel even during the winter months. While the northern part of the country with New Delhi, Agra and Jaipur gets extremely cold during December to February, Mumbai is pretty pleasant with temperatures around 15 degrees celsius or so.
