Program SummarySince this tour highlights the heritage aspect of India, it is inevitable that it will include the Golden Triangle cities of Delhi, Agra & Jaipur. You will be spending two nights in each of this cities and visiting the most iconic monuments and buildings built during of Mughal, Rajput & British era. An overnight stay at the serene town of Pushkar on the next day will give you a brief insight about the rural lifestyle of this princely state. The next six nights will be well spent in the three most culturally diversified cities of Udaipur, Mumbai & Varanasi. Each of these cities showcases different colors of India. The last destination on this heritage tour is the beautiful city of Kochi which is located in the southern part of India. However, since there are no direct flights between Varanasi and Kochi, you will be flown to Delhi for a night stay at an airport hotel. The last two days of this program will be at one of the most exotic cities of south India where you will be marveling at the beautiful fort area of Kochi.

All the cities covered in this tour are well connected by road and air. Flights included in this program are direct flights. Although there are many flight options between these cities, availability during the peak season can be of concern as most of the flights gets booked months in advance. Hence, it is better to plan and book the tour at least six to eight months in advance. A proper VISA is required to enter and stay in India for every foreign citizen. Booking travel insurance from a reputed organization that cover loss of baggage, thefts and medi-claim is highly recommended. It is advisable to immunize yourself against diseases like travelers’ diarrhea, typhoid, malaria, hepatitis and tetanus before traveling to India. One must always cover their head with a cloth while visiting a Gurudwara or mosque. One should avoid walking alone at odd hours in certain deserted places of India.
