Holi tours are one of the most popular festival tours in India. The celebration of the festival of colors, Holi lasts one night and one day. It begins on the evening of the full moon day, which begins around mid-March (Phalgun month in the Hindu calendar). The following day is counted as a playful day. The evening is known as Holika Dahan or Chhoti Holi, while the next day when people play with colors and water is known as 'Rang wali Holi' or 'Dhulandi'. The colors used for Holi are absolutely organic. They are made from natural ingredients such as petals, sandalwood, medicinal herbs, saffron, leaves, etc. These colors are free of chemicals and thus do not cause any skin damage.
