There are many choice of commuting between these cities such as by air, rail and road. However, we highly recommend traveling by surface from Delhi till Udaipur as you will get to see a lot more of India and the local people on the way. The drive between Udaipur & Delhi can easily take upto 8 hours. Hence, if you are not keen for long hour drives, then the best option here is to fly from Udaipur to Delhi. There are few direct flight options between these sectors. Hence, it is advisable to book the tour atleast 4 months in advance as the flights get sold out very soon, especially during peak and super peak season in India. As per Indian Government policy, you are requested to produce your identity proof document such as your Passport at the point of check in at hotels and airports. The most appropriate time to visit the Golden Triangle cities along with Pushkar & Udaipur is during the winter months, starting from October till March, as it is much cooler at this time of the year. However, if you are comfortable travelling during the high temperatures, then you may consider a trip between March & June. Crowd will be much lesser at most of the touristic sites during this time of the year, and you are likely to get betters deals with opulent hotels on India tours.
