Some of the famous monuments covered in this tour are the Red Fort, Jama Masjid, India Gate, Parliament Building, Qutub Minar and Old Delhi. Unlike most India and Nepal tours that proceed towards Agra, this one goes to Jaipur from Delhi, followed by Agra and then Varanasi.
One can take a direct flight from Varanasi to Kathmandu. Varanasi is one of the oldest living civilizations existing on this planet. It is famous for its holy river called 'Ganga' or the 'Ganges'. Besides the Ganges, Varanasi also houses Sarnath, which is the place where Lord Buddha gave his first sermon. Hence Varanasi often forms an important destination for the India and Nepal tours.

Among our many luxury India & Nepal tours, this tour actually gives you an opportunity to experience the best of both countries in only two weeks. The best part is that both the countries are well connected by air. There are several direct flight options between India & Nepal. Apart from airways, one can also travel to Nepal from India by surface, which we usually do not recommend as flight is indeed the best option. However, it is advised to book early as there are limited flights available especially from smaller cities like Varanasi.
Most India and Nepal tours can be taken anytime between months of October to March. However, Nepal will be more cool than India during October and March. The winter months of December, January and February are extremely cold but for someone coming from very cold countries like Canada and U.S., may find the winters here pretty pleasant as temperature does not go in minus in India.
