Quotes: Quotes are based on double occupancy or single occupancy as the case may be and in most cases on per person basis. At times for small families we do offer ‘family prices’ and whatever will be the case, it is always mentioned clearly at the end of the tour plan where pricing is mentioned. If you are traveling alone, a single supplement fee or a single occupancy tour price will be applicable.

Price includes: Hotel accommodations, airport transfers, all land transportation, tour guides during sightseeing, meals as discussed, all interstate taxes & permits, parking, toll taxes and driver allowances, meet and assist services, and service charges.

Price does not include: International airport taxes, entrance fees to monuments and parks (if not mentioned otherwise in your tour itinerary), video camera charges at monuments and national parks, any items of a personal nature, additional expenses resulting from the delay or extension of a trip due to weather, flight cancellations, political disputes, sickness or other causes beyond our reasonable control. Lunches and dinners are usually not included (unless mentioned otherwise in your tour itinerary).

Local airfare when shown separately or ‘as per supplement’, is separate and not part of the tour cost(unless included in itinerary’s inclusions). In these cases the airfare is also subject to revision by the respective airlines.

Tipping to your drivers, guides, transfer representatives or bell boys at hotels is normal but entirely at your discretion & hence not included in tour cost.

The above is an ‘overview & general idea’ and you should always refer to your TOUR ITINERARY INCLUSIONS which is specifically for your tour plan.

Payments: Payments can be made by bank or wire transfers. We do not accept bank drafts and personal cheques. Credit card payments can be made by visa or mastercard.

Cancellations/Refunds: All cancellations should always be sent by email. Canceling the tour anytime within 14 days prior to commencement of the tour will result in forfeiture of 100% of the tour price. Cancellation at any other time before that time period would attract a separate cancellation service charge of 150 US$ per person. Cancellations anytime until a month before arrival will attract anywhere from 50-70% penalty depending on the hotels booked. Refund would be anywhere between 30%-50% and shall be at sole discretion of the management after analyzing the reasons for cancellation. For peak season like Christmas, New Year, Pushkar Fair and important festive occasions, most hotels often forfeit the payment for entire stay and hence we have to refund accordingly. For non-festive season, different hotels follow different policies and often charge one night’s stay charges as retention/penalty. Please note that there is never any refund for wildlife safaris from the Government Authorities. In case of luxury train tours and cruises, airfares, etc. the cancellation policy of the Railway Authorities or concerned departments / companies / airlines will apply.

Changes in Tour Plan: India is a vast, diverse and intense country. At times there are situations where flights and trains get cancelled / delayed / rescheduled due to bad weather and or other problems like local unrest, strikes, natural calamities, etc. Under such conditions we always try to advice on the best route possible and we even consult you. It is to be noted that though we try our best, we do not commit any refunds for unutilized services due to unforeseeable reasons like this. If for whatever reasons the guest (read client) changes the tour plan while on the tour (other than during an emergency), no refunds or adjustments are possible in most cases. Yes, we do try our best to make adjustments but in lot of cases this becomes impossible as we have already prepaid for all the services and we would not get refunds for last minute cancellation, so please bear with us. If we need to buy fresh air tickets and book hotels or make any arrangements, the same will be charged as applicable and payable by the guest (read client).

Limitation Of Liability : Alluring India Tour, its owners, agents and affiliated companies including Travel Bureau, Travel Zone, Travel Blaze, Travel Point, Travel Passion, Clipper Holidays, Rajasthan Trails, Ancient Rajasthan, Heat Flexi, Shiny Tours, Swagatam Tours, Southern Trails, Guy’s Travel, Marvel Tours, Juhu Tours, South Tourism, Garha Tours, Buddha Holidays, Choice Travels, Aurangabad Syndicate, etc. (to name a few) and any other agent, associate or company selected by Alluring India Tour act only as agents for hotels, transportation companies, land operators and suppliers of travel services (railways and airlines) and assume no liability in connection with the operation or service of any transportation, vehicle or hotel which may be used for services to Alluring India Tour guests. Alluring India Tour and its operators and agents will not assume no liability for injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, irregularity or additional costs resulting directly or indirectly from any of the following causes: weather, failure of any means of transportation to adhere to schedules, quarantines, strikes, civil disturbances, theft, government regulations, or changes in transport and lodging beyond our reasonable control. Alluring India Tour reserves the right to change an itinerary at any time when it is deemed advisory for the safety of the guest or the group or to comply with government restrictions.

Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability: By booking the tour with Alluring India Tour, you acknowledge the risk and hazards of travel in India and its neighboring countries. You also accept the responsibility for your own welfare and waive future claims against Alluring India Tour for liability to the maximum extent permitted by law. You understand that Alluring India Tour contracts with a network of operators in India, Sri Lanka, Maldives, Tibet, Bhutan, China & Nepal through affiliate tour operators. These third party service providers are deemed qualified and experienced to the best of company’s (Alluring India Tour) knowledge. Therefore, you fully release and hold harmless Alluring India Tour from any and all liability for all their acts or omissions. You agree that this Assumption of Risk and Release of Liability statement shall be legally binding upon yourself, all minors under the age of 21 traveling with you, your heirs, successors, and legal representatives. You further agree to fully indemnify Alluring India Tour from all and any liabilities to the maximum extent permitted by law and for all its costs, expenses, damages, etc (including attorney’s fees) arising from or attributable to any claims or actions arising from your travel with Alluring India Tour and which claims or actions are specifically released by you in this section. All disputes & settlements shall be subject to Mumbai Jurisdiction.

Footnote: Booking a tour with us suggests that all of us understand and acknowledge the above. The terms and conditions mentioned here are as per the legalities as well as practices and procedures followed in the industry. However, kindly accept our apologies if any of the terms seem too harsh. Unfortunately, the hotels, flights, trains, etc. have stringent cancellation rules that we need to follow to be in business with them and maintain a sound track record. From our end, we always try to be fair and have been able to establish our reputation as a very ethical organization, known for our ‘service first’ & ‘at your service’ attitude.
